The pool was incredibly small and had odd hours-10:30-5:30, I think. So no time to actually use it. I was unaware breakfast was included and that was a nice surprise. It was a pretty good array of food.

Sijainti on hyvä. Myös viereisen torin toimiminen parkkipaikkana oiva, paitsi keskiviikosta torstain alkuiltaan jolloin torin torstai markkinat estävät siellä paikoituksen. Torstaisin ei lähialueelta löydy vapaita pysäköintipaikkoja edes talvella. Kesäisin on Marinankin kummatkin isot parkit tukossa. Kreetalaiseen tapaan ikkunat ovat yksinkertaiset, joten yöllä on ulkoa tulevan metelin takia vaikea saada unta.

Pas de parking, stationnement dans la rue payant. Salle de bain petite, douche minuscule. Chasse d'eau défaillante. Environnement très bruyant. "Piscine" dans un état catastrophique, salle, donnant sur la rue et les pots d'échappement. La jeune fille de l'accueil n'est pas souriante, ni accueillante.

You get what you pay. But we did not even get that

We chose this hotel because it is central to the places we were visiting in Rethymno. It is old, but no charm. The rooms are utilitarian. Bed was the most uncomfortable we have ever slept on; like a board with a thin matress. The bathroom looked dirty, tile grout dirty. We would not use the shower. It was cramped and small. The room had 2 built in tables by bed; like an old dorm room. There was a small fridge which worked. It had tiny lights over each side of bed. Not much light. The included breakfast had choices. Bread, no toaster. Cold scrambled eggs. Cereal. Spinach pies. Some disgusting slices of processed ham, tyrkey, cheese. The coffee was awful. It looks like some young people live there. When we checked in they said there will be no hot water after 9am because they were doing some work. There was no hot water at 7am. This is probably the only bad review I have given to a hotel, and we travel extensively. Yes this hotel was cheap, but we did not even get what we payed for.

Good value for price

Room was clean and bed was comfy. Bathroom a little dated but clean and functional. Breakfast had a decent selection of pastries, a few hot items and meat and cheese. Convient location to bus station and old town. Wifi worked well.

A Raser !

Hôtel des Années 1980 ! Rien à changé. Mobilier, porte et mur désuet et abîmé. Rien ne tient. Vieux rideau de douche degueu avec la Robineterie bouffée par le vert de gris et calcaire. Clim très bruyante et rue aussi. Écriture sur les murs. Mobilier abîmé. Il y a même une commode de 1970 avec des anciens boutons électriques. Traces d’écriture sur les murs d’ancien client. Personnel froid. Paiement de la taxe séjour a l’enregistrement. Le port du masque n’est pas demandé. On se croirait l’Afpa ! Seul intérêt le petit déjeuner sur le toit.

The location was great. The reception lady was rude. I asked her where I could get coffee and she seemed very bothered and just pointed “out there somewhere”. We ended up walking behind the hotel and there was tons and tons of shops and cafes and things to do. She just couldn’t be bothered. Our room was disgusting. We refused to shower there. The shower was rusted and scum was everywhere. The room smelled awful. The beds were separated and they were uncomfortable as well as the comforters were these old covers that looked like they had never been washed. The window opened but there was no privacy and no screen so I couldn’t sleep with it open. On a positive note, the Roof Top does have a great view of the city and the staff there was fine. The same lady was there there when we checked out and again, just very rude and couldn’t be bothered.

Το hotel Brascos ειναι κυριως Ξεν/ειο πολης & βρηκεται στην καρδια της μπροστα απο το κενρικό πάρκινγκ ! Ειναι ενα επαρκές καταλημα 3* με καλό πρωινό ! Χριαζεται μια σχετική ανακένηση μια & χρησιμοποιηται ολο το χρονο ! Η πισινα του θυμίζει λίγο Ιταλική Fontana παρα πισινα κολύμβησης ! Ειναι ομως αρχιτεκτονικό κόσμημα ειδικα οταν ειναι φωτισμένη για τους λουομένους πελατες σαν την ομώνυμη ταινια "Dolce Vita "

Κακή εξυπηρέτηση!!!!

Η διαμονή ήταν από τις χειρότερες εμπειρίες μου!! Καθόλου καλή εξυπηρέτηση, τα δωμάτια δν έχουν ζέστη θέρμανση, σε περίπτωση διακοπής ρεύματος σταματάει και το ζεστό νερό! Πολύ παλιό ξενοδοχείο, όχι πολύ καθαρά δωμάτια. Δεν άξιζε τα χρήματα που έδωσα! Αν το ήξερα νωρίτερα δεν θα εμένα εκεί!

Poor staff attitude

To our horror, the room’s aircon unit was faulty. When I approached the reception for a room change, the answer given was the HOTEL’s air-conditioning system was faulty and the receptionist refused to allow for a room change. Can anyone believe that the hotel’s air-conditioning system was not functional at 35 degrees summer time? She added that a fan would be provided to provide some relief. Sadly, even the fan that the housekeeping staff brought in was in a bad state and faulty. We insisted that the housekeeping staff showed us the adjoining room to verify if the HOTEL’s air-conditioning system was indeed faulty. True enough, the air-con unit in the other room was in working order. This speaks a lot about the level of hospitality that the hotel staff embodies.

Поберегите свои нервы и не портите свой отпуск.

Бронировали отель на 5 дней, съехали на вторые сутки. С виду отель на 3*, в номере просто ужас! Нас заселили на 6 этаж, лифт работает только до 5 этажа. До шестого этажа посетители должны сами тащить свой багаж по винтовой лестнице. На 6 этаже находится лаунж бар, до часу ночи гремит музыка спать просто невозможно. Номер просто отвратительный, такого ужаса я еще не встречала. Мебель вся очень старая, собранная из разных гарнитуров сбитая гвоздями. В ванной комнате разбит сливной бачок и раковина. Полотенца грязно-серого цвета было противно к ним притрагиваться. Убогое место. Фотографии выставленные на сайтах бронирования не соответствуют действительности. Поберегите свои нервы и не портите свой отпуск.

Hotel sombre,lugubre, à rénover entierement

Chambre sombre, triste, vétuste, literie usagée, , un endroit à fuir sous peine de déprime. Par contre' petit déjeuner copieux, avec beaucoup de choix, tout le contraire de l'hébergement, allez comprendre la contradiction!

Clean room and daily clean up! Nice and big breakfast buffet! Broken telephone line (no room service) on room 208. No hot water(simply warm... ) and also very low pressure on hot water line. Very-very kind staff!!!

Very cheap but very old, value hotel.

Value hotel. Cheap but you get what you pay for. Small rooms, old beds, old furniture, tiny bathrooms. It was ok for one night beacause of the good location. Breakfast was average. Friendly staff. Top floor has a terrasse with beautiful view of the city. Would probably not stay here again...

Vi var på dette hotel for ca. 15 år siden og ville gerne tilbage da det ligger lige uden for porten til den gamle by med alle butikker og restauranter. Det eneste der kan være lidt svært er parkering, men det fik vi nu løst.
