The hotel is very modern. The amenities are excellent. There is an excellent restaurant at the property. We had dinner and the food was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had my bike in the truck bed and a safe parking was provided.

Excellent hotel! Staff was friendly and professional. Big rooms, super clean. We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and we stayed for 2 nights. We had a great experience! The pool is fantastic, there is a big green outdoor area with playground for kids. We really enjoyed our time there! There is a big shopping centre in front of the hotel.

The hotel is OK. However, the breakfast (included) was awful and the service was terrible. I was in Resistencia for a family emergency and needed to relocate closer to a hospital. The hotel did not answer the phone when Expedia called to request a cancelation after I had stayed two nights (with four to go). Expedia later made contact with the hotel which flatly denied any refund. NEVER pay at the hotel if you have to stay there.

O hotel tem uma excelente estrutura, o atendimento é maravilhoso, principalmente da recepcionista que estava no dia do nosso check in. O café da manhã é variado, porém não tem opções sem glúten e sem lactose. A gente que faz dieta e como ovo cozido precisar pagar para cozinharem o ovo. Houve uma situação no café da manhã que fiquei até estarrecida com a situação. Solicitei o ovo cozido e fui informada que deveria pagar, não tem problema, fiz a solicitação. Quando o ovo chegou estava bem quente e pedi a moça que atende no café, muito gentil por sinal l, para esfriar, então por conta do idioma acredito que ela não entendeu e fui mostrar a ela que era só colocar na torneira. Pois o funcionário Ruan Gabriel que fica no café, simplesmente deu um grito tão alto que a Ana ouviu, eu fiquei super constrangida e me afastei. Foi uma atitude tão desproporcional que não entendi. É bom a empresa verificar se esse rapaz tem algum problema, pois pode ter certeza que ele não está bem! Ainda mais agir assim com um cliente, sem qualquer justificativa plausível, e ainda mais que houvesse isso não é postura. Com certeza se já não teve reclamação de outros clientes, terá!
