The location of the hotel is amazing, just outside Paddington Station, it was very convenient to get to anywhere we needed while being in a very quiet and beautiful part of London. The hotel decoration is very charming, everything is very new and clean. Our room was always clean and cozy. We traveled with 2 big suitcases and 2 carry ons, despite the rooms being small the, distribution allowed for us to get ready every morning very comfortably.
We were always very kindly greeted at reception, and the staff was always helpful. There is a small water station at reception for chilled and sparkling water that honestly was a godsend for our whole trip. Very recommended to take your reusable bottle with you when you stay.
