The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located within walking distance of many downtown attractions. One thing to note is that there were quite a few homeless individuals in the surrounding area, which may be a concern for some guests. However, we never felt unsafe and did not experience any issues during our stay. What really made this hotel stand out was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out a little later than the standard times, which made our trip much more enjoyable. It was also very convenient to have the restaurant located right downstairs. The restaurant manager was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for two nights and also paid $25/night for parking. The first night went well, however the second night when we got back to the room the A/C (wall Unit) would not go on, the display lit up, but nothing on the screen. I tried numerous times to reset it and even unplugged in hope of resetting it without success. I called the office, but the nightshift man stated there is nothing he can do now and it can be fixed the next morning. I opened the windows but was worried about someone breaking in if I fell sleep with my three small children. The next day while checking out I told the very helpful staff and she gave me the managers contact information. I called the manager and explained and offered to even send video of the nonfunctioning A/C unit. He was already told about the situation but said that when they checked the A/C in our room, IT WAS WORKING. This upset me as I can't imagine how it could auto fix itself. He offered a $75 reduction and also $25 for the parking, Both staff members and the manager seemed genuinely concerned and wanted to help, but given I literally got two hours of sleep so no one could break in the open windows I thought the discount showed have been much higher given it was $300 per night. With all that said, I realize that they don't know me and probably deal with a lot of scammers, so I hold nothing against them and would give them
