Vacations Close To Reserva Conchal Golf Course

Don’t stay here pictures are not what it is. Rooms was filthy, still had stickers on the wall from the previous person who was in the room, tub was dirty with a dirt ring blue stain on the bed sheets. This place almost ruined our vacation; thanks to villas sol way better place rooms was clean and better view and cheaper. Whatever you do don’t stay here. And we have pictures and videos to prove this place sucks

We arrived with low expectations because of the mixed reviews we had read, but we were pleasantly surprised by our experience at RIU Guanacaste. The property was very well maintained and beautiful. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The food was good, with plenty of options at the main Liberia buffet restaurant, and we enjoyed the quality and flavors even more at Papagayo. Our room was cleaned every day, and everything worked perfectly throughout our stay. The drinks were excellent at every bar, and the bartenders were generous with the alcohol and brought great energy to the experience. The entertainment was also enjoyable. They did a great job keeping guests entertained and happy while the shows were going on. Overall, our experience was much better than we expected based on the reviews we had read. I would definitely recommend RIU Guanacaste to anyone looking to enjoy a beautiful resort while exploring Costa Rica!

Staff were very helpful, respectful and welcoming. Doney from customer service was very welcoming and accommodating. They staff made us feel like we were family. Rooms and hotel very clean. Overall I had an amazing time and will return in the future.
