Homeless people hanging around. Made me uneasy as a single female The car racing and revving engines never ended .. also loud vulgar music in the parking lot. Not a great choice for me as an elderly single female

The location was amazing, however the place needs maintenance, there were screws and metal brackets holding the mattresses to floor and to each other they stick out a lot and I hit my ankle multiple times but it could definitely cut someone badly, the extra lock was broken off, there were holes in the wall, our remote for TV had no batteries, the front desk lady was super rude to customers and even to the employee that was training (new) if it wasn't a holiday weekend I would have left and not stayed here!

You get what you pay for

The bed was hard, the bath faucet was loose and the toilet paper holder would pull out of the wall when used. The hotel was downtown and I had a corner room overlooking the roadway so it was very noisy.

The hotel was RIGHT off the freeway. The front desk had no layout map to show me, but spoken instructions were clear. The walk to the room was outside, not in a hallway in a building. I was dressed for spring, arriving at 2300. It was cold outside. Breakfast ends at 9. I didn't know that until 0905
