This property is in a not so desirable part of town. It is close to downtown so that makes it bearable, because it’s less than a mile away from the Reno strip. It’s a desperate need of upgrade. There are safety measures in place such as having to use your card to get into the building and use the elevator, that’s a bonus. When we got to our room, there was one bath towel one hand towel one washcloth. They need to tear up the carpet in there and paint, but the staff is lovely.

The stuff is pretty friendly, the room wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t clean either. The sheets had holes. they were stains on the chair sand the floor. The parking is sketchy. There’s sketchy people walking around, sketchy people hanging around by the hotel. I was a female, traveling alone, and I went to my room and I did not leave till morning. I will not be staying here again, and I will make sure that my female friends traveling alone will not be staying here either

This Hotel is old. I believe it was built in 1974. Althoughshe has years under her. The place still looks good and we'll kept. The staff are amazing and helpful. Its been 2 weeks now and yet I have no complaint. I never had an issue with sleeping. It was quite no matter what time it would be. I Like the prices they have and I get my money's worth. I would definitely continue coming and recommend it.

Property needs some TLC. At least 2 trash receptacles overflowed constantly. The room was average, but comfortable and safe. I walked pass a peach seed on the floor for 5 days. On my way out I couldn't roll my luggage because the carpet was in such disarray it wouldn't roll properly. I don't think on my next visit I will not be staying there. The staff was wonderful especially the front desk. There is a lot of foot traffic outside but they managed to keep that on the outside. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Wasn’t in a great part of town. Was a good place to sleep but around the area was sketchy. Our room wasn’t ready at 5pm and we were told it wasn’t available then it was and housekeeping didn’t restock it and the toilet didn’t stop running.

The casino was so smokey I could go I to the casino because of my Asthma. I did think it was cool that there was a sliding glass door that kept the smoke out of the lobby of the hotel. The beds were great. Hotels were clean. It will definitely be back.

I take this with consideration it is in Reno which isn't the best place to begin with. Staff were great and customer service was on point but there was no pool as advertised. Our room had a hair brush shoved in the bedroom fan and they didn't even have my room ready well after check in time. They had to bring us a fridge and microwave after we were checked in and the whole place smelled old and wet. Carpet was wrinkled badly all throughout. Need major renovations but again the staff is great
