Check-in was fast and friendly. The hotel layout was explained and I was given a nice upgrade. Most of the stores, restaurants, entertainment for kids and adults are open here as well, even the pool. Dinner was amazing at Uno Mas. This is my new hotel choice in Reno. I will be back soon.

Wouldn’t suggest staying right now during the pandemic.... they shouldn’t be booking as many people as they are because the elevators are so backed up getting from your room down to the casino or back up to your room takes forever. The elevators have a line that is seriously ridiculous. It makes enjoying your stay extra frustrating.

Overall it was a good stay. Masks were required but not enforced. More people not wearing masks correctly or at all then wearing. Super busy on a friday night. Long elevator waits.

While staying at GSR, we noticed that every employee was masked and gloved. They were very particular about maintaining social distancing and they were constantly cleaning all areas of the hotel. Thank you for keeping us safe and looking out for our health!
