The property and rooms were clean and comfortable. This is a dog friendly hotel so you might hear a dog barking in a room but we did not experience this while we were sleeping. We were here during a fire so the hotel became full due to evacuees looking for a place to stay. It seemed like the hotel was accommodating and the only slight inconvenience was parking. However, we did find parking on the street in front of the hotel.

The room itself was nicely sized and outfitted but the infrastructure is starting to show signs of age and wear. The staff was friendly and helpful but the toilet was clogged on arrival and in general the room felt slightly dingy. It definitely wasn't the worst place I've ever stayed but it also wasn't the best. As a broad statement, I feel I could have done better for the same price elsewhere.

The air conditioner smelled like it was burning anytime it was on. The hotel staff did not come in to clean up room at all throughout my stay. Breakfast shut down at 9 instead of 9:30. The pool feels more like a sauna than a swimming pool.

This hotel had the best breakfast of all 10 hotels we stayed at over a 17 days period touring the western US. The employees were friendly and the environment was convivial. The pool was out of service due to technical issues, which was disappointing, but out of anyone's control, I suppose.

The room we checked into was not clean and had visible debris on the floor, unlined trash cans, a shower that spilled water out and flooded the whole bathroom with every shower, dirty walls and ceilings, and most concerning the room had a strong smell of must and mold.

Easy check in, very nice place, clean and quiet rooms, comfortable beds. I had to check out at 6 and the complimentary breakfast wasn’t ready yet so I can’t taste that but the area where it’s served is very nice and inviting and clean. When in Reno on business again and I need a place to stay, I definitely will choose this hotel.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, highway noise was minimal (except when someone would use the on-ramp as their personal drag strip) and breakfast was good. Only problem was the TV didn’t work, maybe a broken outlet as the lamp plugged into the same one also didn’t work. Didn’t bother calling the desk as we were settled in after a long day driving and didn’t want bother changing rooms or having someone in our room.

These rooms were very small. We were traveling for sports and had 2 adults and 2 children. Super tight squeeze. I did not notice when booking they were not queen beds they were double beds which did not accomodate us well. We survived but wish i would have noticed because 3 nights was rough with 4 in a room.
