The rooms were nice but it is a long distance with stairs to get to the elevator to get to your room. The walls are thin, the guest next to us were fighting most of the night and we heard everything even with TV loud. They do have a resort fee that you have to pay even after booking on Expedia. It’s another $41.93 plus $50 hold fee for incidentals. Casino and arcade are nice and clean. Food court has lots of options.

All the casino was really nice. The hotel was kind of mid the view actually was decent especially at night time. It was pretty nice. The AC worked and it did keep the room temperature decent, but it was still a little bit abrasive the heat it also would be nice if more restaurants were open. I understand that it’s Reno but I kind of expected a 24 hour experience inside the casino.

I liked the big spacious room for when opening my luggage. However in my room 3057 my only issue with the room was that the bathroom shower was clogged so while showering the water took forever to drain.

If you own a wheelchair or have a child with special needs this isn’t the hotel for you ! It’s clean and has all its amenities but not very accessible. Also front office when handing over the keys didn’t know how to explain things right nor were they friendly
