Ordered room service for dinner - arrived in less than 15 min, delicious! Server was so friendly and courtious. Room was new, clean and bed very comfortable. Shower was the strongest water surge I’ve ever seen! Will stay there again next time in Reno.

The entire property is great. Rooms are very nice with the one exception of no microwave in standard rooms. Love the water machines to refill bottles near vending machines on each floor. Every restaurant we tried was very good. Valet is awesome!

Will stay at Atlantis again! We had a wonderful time. The room was large, updated, clean and quiet. The restaurants were all outstanding and had great staff. The pools and the spa were clean and I treated myself to an amazing spa day! My one and only complaint is the smoking throughout the casino area. (I know…it’s a casino.) There are a couple of small nonsmoking areas which was nice to be able to get away from the smoke.
