The hotel was in an excellent location - very close to the main station and only a short walk to the old town. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the spa facilities were wonderful. I would certainly stay here again and can highly recommend it

Fantastic location. Just a few minutes walk away from the train station. The old square is about 15 minutes walk from this hotel, which offers a real French city cafe restaurant vibe. Thankfully for those who wants a slower pace there is also an abundance of cafe and bars next to the Gare (train station) Overall it’s a very beautiful, relaxing, quiet hotel surrounded by busy city life.

Easy checkin. We were a 10 minute walk from the Centro and it was an easy walk. Being a university town there was alot of action but not too bothersome. The hotel was wonderful, the beds comfy, staff great and getting full use of the spa for an hour was brilliant. The maximum visitors for an hour was 10 so the pool, hot tub and steamroom area were never busy. Great bonus!

Beautiful, modern hotel, stylishly decorated. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and multi-lingual. I was only there for one night so did not have time to use the spa facilities. The room was spotless and well equipped. The comfortable bed and bedding made me not want to get up! I would not hesitate to stay there again. There was a super little cafe just a few doors away.

We were really looking forward to staying at this hotel, especially because it advertised itself as a "spa" hotel. However, upon arrival, we were disappointed to learn that the spa had to be booked in advance, and no slots were available for us. This information should have been shared proactively before our arrival. After some discussions with the staff, we were eventually allowed to use the spa for only 40 minutes, which felt rushed and unsatisfactory. The room itself was quite noisy; we could hear toilets flushing and showers from other rooms, which woke us up multiple times during the night. The TV in our room was also malfunctioning, shutting off after just a few minutes of use. To top it off, the door to our room wasn’t locking properly, and we had to call maintenance to fix it. On a positive note, the breakfast was good, but overall, the experience fell far short of our expectations. Would not recommend considering the Price we payed unless improvements are made.
