Appartement situé au dessus d’un restaurant avec odeurs de cuisine dans le couloir. La porte et l’escalier sont trop étroits pour circuler facilement avec des valises. Le côté positif est que la situation est bonne et centrale pour découvrir à pied le centre de Rennes.
