Bon rapport qualité prix

Chambre de 12 m2 donc on est un peu à l’étroit mais c’était dans l’annonce donc pas de surprise. Bonne literie. Rien ne manque . Sourire à l’accueil et le matin. Bon petit dej sucré salé avec l’essentiel. Possibilité de dîner à 100 mètres . Je recommande.

Check in am Automaten war nicht möglich und kein Personal in Sicht. Viel zu warm, Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Die Kissen waren zu dick und hart, das Bett eher unbequem. Es gab nur ein dünnes Handtuch für jeden von uns. Frühstück war nicht gut. Obwohl wir relativ früh da waren gab es bald keine Croissants mehr, Rührei konnte man nicht essen, weil es so eklig war.

Très bien dans l'ensemble.

Accueilli par 2 femmes souriantes et très pros à l'accueil. Elles nous ont bien donné toutes les informations. Chambre conforme, propre, matelas confortable. Beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner et le même personnel que la veille, toujours souriantes Points négatifs : à priori, un club de sport avec des ados qui ont passé la nuit dans l'hôtel, on s'aperçoit rapidement que les portes ne sont pas si insonorisées que ça quand ceux-ci échangent d'une chambre à l'autre, heureusement tout est rentré dans l'ordre vers 23h30. Autre petit point négatif, le son trop "tassé " de la tv, chambre 57, qui a obligé à regarder les programmes avec les sous-titres pour éviter de mettre le son trop fort et tenter de comprendre ce qui se disait. Un hôtel dans lequel nous retournons tout de même si nous revenons à Rennes.

Very nice hotel. It was clean, quiet, and the room set up was nice with the 2 beds, and the wall divider was nice. The room was not huge, but we didn't need it to be. The code access for the door was unique, but we liked it. We did check in when staff was there, but the instructions sent to us if someone wasn't there was very clear and easy to understand. Parking lot was plenty big. We would stay here again, and recommend to our friends.

Il faudrait peut-être revoir les conditions de départ des chambres. Libération des chambres notée à 12h00 et dès 11h30 vous faites le forcing pour qu'on quitte la chambre, et même plus fort, vous videz la chambre vous même à 11h45.... Revoyez vos horaires de libération si vous jugez que 12h00 c'est trop tard mais ne mettez pas les gens dehors !!!!

Rien à redire sur le séjour une fois que j'ai eu accès à la chambre. Je suis arrivée après la fermeture de l'accueil, passage par la borne qui ne fonctionnait pas, appels à l'assistance qui est une plateforme téléphonique qui vous font vous arracher les cheveux. J'ai dû appeler 7 ou 8 fois pour avoir une réponse, j'ai attendu 3/4 d'heure dehors dans le froid que le gérant vienne me donner mes codes. Pas super aimable et bien sûr c'était moi qui ne savait pas faire avec la borne...
