Nice quiet hotel. Sure could use a small store in the hotel to purchase water, colas, candy, toiletries such as toothpaste, lotion, etc. Definitely needed. Staff friendly from reception desk to housekeeping. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Good option for central Paisley!

Very nice hotel. Exterior looks like the 1970's a bit but don't be put off, inside is modern, clean, and we'll put together. Staff are friendly and helpful, parking is free and the location is good for the airport and central Paisley. Food is good, and they have a vegan menu if that's your thing.

This is an old Hotel and it is a lottery what room you get as only first floor has been refurbished, not value for money!

Last minute booking due to cancelled BA flight at 9pm. Lucky I got a last minute booking at Normandy Hotel for the night which was a lifesaver. Could tell staff had been rushed off their feet due to flight disruptions but handled it really well - great venue and friendly staff, would recommend if you need to stay 10 mins from the airport.

Shabby and small room, convenient for the airport

The sheets and bathroom were clean. Check in/out was smooth and the staff were pleasant. The room very small and shabby/dated, although reviews say some have been revamped. The bed was uncomfortable. We struggled with parking - there were plenty of spaces but we arrived during a function. Lots of smokers hovering around the entrance. We only booked as part of an airport parking deal, so only there for one night.

Restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed the breakfast We had attended a boxing event for cancer did not feel there was enough bar staff to cope with the volume of people in attendance. Feel the room we had booked was quite small and feel it was quite dated and in need of an upgrade.

The hotel is being renovated. We were placed to the part where the renovation was taking place. The smell of the paint wasn't pleasant. The bathroom was old but neat. The room was clean, with new carpet and big TV.

Dirty and tired

Terrible hotel Rooms tired and the whole place is dirty. Tables in bar area filthy and drink glasses also dirty. I can remember when this was a premium hotel run as part of tha Stakis group. It is nowhere near this now. Avoid
