Nice stay,friendly staff,breakfast was expecting continental but a nice surprise when there was hot cooked as well,very nice.hotel very nicely decorated for christmas.very nice area but unfortunately we visited out of season.only downside was the room was cold when we arrived and we didnt find the radiator until the next morning when we opened the curtains up then we turned it on,afterwards we did think it would have been turned on already knowing guests were arriving,apart from that couldnt fault anything and would definitely consider going again

It is a Beach Hotel but we don't need to live with the sand of the former guest in our shower and room. The Staff was fantastic. They never mentioned on the website that meals need to be scheduled in the morning, then we can't eat at the restaurant when we arrived. There are many options to eat close to the hotel. It was not a big deal.

I booked the Fletcher Hotel in Renesse in mistake, confusing it with the Fletcher Hotel Duinzicht. Both are in Ouddorp. Fletcher Hotels central booking system could not transfer the booking because it had been made through Hotels.com. We didn't check in and made another booking at the other Fletcher Hotel in Ouddorp. I had to pay for the hotel I didn't stay in!

Front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Easy parking in the back. The front appartments to the street were a bit noisy at night some windows were single glass windows. The TV was not working properly, needs a new screen. The dinner was nice prepared but not enough if you are hungry! Only one service person in the dining room: not enough staff, as always!

Some of the staff were very unfriendly. We were there over Whitsun, when there is also a lot of partying. They wanted to throw us out as soon as the first loud music started. However, the police made sure that we were allowed to stay in the hotel. If you accept 18 boys as hotel guests, you can expect a certain level of tolerance. One room also smelled of a strange liquid. Breakfast was great though. If it hadn't been for the one member of staff, we would have been much happier. Voor èèn nacht was het een prima kamer, maar ik zou niet aanbevelen om hier veel langer te verblijven. Beide bedden waren vrij ver doorgezakt, waardoor we met rug- en nekpijn wakker werden. Het gebouw is ook zeer gehorig, je hoort veel gerammel van leidingen en passerende auto's van de naastgelegen straat. Hierdoor zijn we 's nachts (met slaapoordoppen in) ook een paar keer wakker geworden. De douche had geen warm water met een sporadische scheut gloeiend heet water erdoorheen. Ook waren er onderdelen van de douchekraan kapot, waardoor je op moest passen dat je niet per ongeluk met je vel ertussen zat. Het ontbijtbuffet was simpel, maar oké. Omdat ik veganistisch eet heb ik bij het inchecken gevraagd of er ook iets bij zou zitten wat ik kon eten, ik kreeg als reactie dat dat dit goed zou komen. Helaas was er naast witte bonen in tomatensaus en een broodje pindakaas geen andere vegan optie. Het personeel aan de receptie en in het restaurant was vriendelijk en deden hun best om het netjes te houden. Het parkeren kan heel makkelijk en gratis naast de deur. De locatie van het hotel is ook top, binnen 10 minuutjes lopen ben je in het centrum van renesse en nog een kwartiertje verder ben je aan de kust. Uiteindelijk hebben we een leuk weekend weg gehad en waren we blij met deze locatie. Een langer verblijf in dit hotel zou ons persoonlijk echter niet zo fijn lijken. Ik zou aanraden om een paar tientjes meer uit te geven, als je hiertoe in staat bent.

Insgesamt hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für das Zimmer ohne Haustiere gepasst. Mit der Nachzahlung für Haustiere (Fehler bei der Buchung) von 20€/Hund pro Nacht war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis schlecht. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das wars aber dann auch. In den ganzen öffentlichen Bereichen des Hotels (Flure und Restaurants) war zu keiner Zeit der Boden sauber. Im Flurbereich war der Teppichb oden sehr dreckig und nicht mal gestaubsaugt. Das Frühstück war gut, man würde satt, es gab viel Auswahl. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Man hört die Nachbarn reden, sogar was gesprochen wird. Insgesamt ist das Hotel stark in die Jahre gekommen. Sollte man lediglich zum Schlafen herkommen und den restlichen Tag woanders befinden, ist es ohne Kleinkind und Hund mal okay. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich eine andere Unterkunft empfehlen.

Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer is schoon. Echter, het hotel is heel oud een aan grondige renovatie toe. Kamers zijn heel gehorig. Enkel glas. Flinke kieren in de voordeur. De kamer was schoon en de behulpzame medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk daar wordt je blij van zeker als je meer dagen en nachten mocht logeren 👍ook een verrassing met afscheid nemen vanmorgen, ik kreeg een fles wijn 🍷 voor mijn verjaardag 🎁 toch erg lief dat daar ook aandacht voor, zo kom je opnieuw weer eens terug , en ook dichtbij de duinen en strand van Renesse 👌met vriendelijke groet 🖖 Elias Quartel en goede vriend Ad Lankhuizen uit Strijen 🏝️😘

De kamer was zeer gedateerd en had last van achterstallig onderhoud. Zeer gehorige kamers en de gordijnen zijn zeer licht doorlatend waardoor je zowel door het geluid van de buren als het ochtendlicht, vroeg wakker bent. Kamer is erg gedateerd en was niet geheel schoon spinnewebben aan plafond en in de hoeken van de kamer veel stof met daarin haren. Bed linnen was goed Optisch zag het er redelijk uit. Ontbijt was ook sumier .In het restaurant was het eten goed en ook warm aleen jammer dat het personeel ging stofzuigen tijdens het eten!!

De liging is oké. Alhoewel STRAND hotel zou doen vermoeden dat je dichter bij het strand ligt. Te duur voor de luxe wat geboden wordt. De beneden kamers zijn oubolig en dringend aan een opknapbeurt toe. Enkele stoelen in het restaurant kunnen zeker vervangen worden. Personeel wel erg vriendelijk.
