Xmas stay

Positives: Clean room. Strong and hot shower. Everything worked I.e TV, remote control, lamps etc. Breakfast buffet was very good. Parking is free on site and close to hotel entrance. Negatives: No staff were on site when we arrived at 17:00. No easy information available to help us check in. I had to ask one of the servers in the restaurant to translate a German note left on reception desk - which told me to ring a number to check in. So I had to make an international telephone call to then be told our room is unlocked, with the room key inside the room. There was zero information about our stay. Pillows were large but uncomfortable. Toilet in the bathroom in the room was continuously noisy/draining without flushing. Interior is very dated with obvious sign of wear and tear. No clear information if breakfast was included in our room fee and again, in the morning, no one was at the desk at 8am. So I asked another guest about breakfast rules and was confidently told it was included. So we ate breakfast, then a woman appeared on the desk and in a very flustered and rude tone informed me I had to pay 27 euros for breakfast. I have no problem paying for the food, but this information needs to be readily available to guests and more staff presence and communication would solve this and the check-in problems ensure no further confusion with future guests. The cost did not seem fair for the hotel room, which felt much more like a hostel, than a hotel.

Historisk hotel med venligt personale

Meget hjælpsomt personale, historiske omgivelser og hyggelig gårdhave. Eneste udfordringer var, at den adresse, der var opgivet, ikke var adressen på indgang og indkørsel, her fælder et andet gadenavn. Og at der var åbent badeværelse uden loft, så det kræver, at man ikke er genert over for den, man deler værelse med.

Bra og rimelig hotell.

Hadde et hyggelig opphold på dette hotellet. Var på en lengre reise og brukte dette hotellet som et mellom stopp. Bra og rimelig hotell med enkel men god standard som forventet. Gratis parkering av bil. Ikke vurdert frokost da vi reiste tidlig og før servering. Hyggelig og service innstilt personal.

Udmærket til prisen samt super beliggenhed

Lidt gammeldags og lidt slidt hotel, men udmærket til prisen. Fornuftig morgenmad. Beliggenheden er super, da hotellet ligger centralt lige mellem de 2 gamle bydele i Rendsburg.

Ualmindelig langsom indtjekning. I forb. med indtjekningen blev vi spurgt, om vi ønskede at spise morgenmad klokken 07:00 eller 08:00. Da hotellet reklamerede med morgenmad fra 07-10, havde vi tænkt os kl.09, men det kunne absolut ikke lade sig gøre, så vi blev nødt til at spise morgenmad kl. 08. Der var to andre personer i restaurationen, da vi ankom kl.08, og da vi gik 08:30 igen, var der yderligere kommer to pers. mere. To gange var det nødvendigt ar bede serveringen om at tilse kaffemaskinen. Begge gange skulle personalet findes i deres rygehjørne i gården.
