Amazingly beautiful views!!!

My wife and I needed to get away to refresh and relax. Brilliant Twins did the trick. We traveled in December so the nights were cool which meant that the room was cool. There was no heat but the bed-warmer was great - we rested well on the firm bed. The room was rustic, with no carpeting, but generally clean and kept up well. The Bathroom was simple and good enough! We arrived at night so we couldn’t really tell what the exterior looked like. When we woke up in the morning we were blown away by the incredible view outside our window! The hotel is situated on the side of a tall mountain, near the top! We looked out over the valley at a lake and a mountain range and we’re reminded of God’s majesty and power. It was so beautiful!!! And, the side of the mountain we were on faces west, so we got to see a beautiful sunset as well!!! Breakfast was simple but good, and there was plenty of it! The staff was very helpful and nice and met our needs!

環境糟透了，房間內清潔狀況差，打開門就看到上一位客人留下來的花生殼在門口，客廳桌上玻璃也都是前一位客人留下來的手印，廁所的門、地板的灰塵更不用說，小孩的腳一下就髒了，沙發底下還有很多小蟲的屍體，提供的拖鞋我們開了5雙，因為沒有一雙是完整的，全都破掉，讓人很無解？ 早餐也是非常難吃又簡陋 我們是平日去一個晚上收費6888，但我們完全沒有享受到6888的感覺

One night stay

We arrived to the b&b quite late and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great hospitality. The room itself unfortunately was not very welcoming. The furniture and the wooden parts of the room are all old and worn out. The shower and toilet are in very old And bad condition and it’s just unpleasant to take a shower. Break is ok, view is beautiful. Still would not recommend to stay there.

帶小孩入住，但是床型邊緣的中間有凸出來的縫隙尖尖的木板，感覺有點危險，床有點偏軟睡不好！浴室很乾淨但是窗戶浴簾有發霉，浴室裡的漱口杯裡面的底沒有清潔乾淨有霉斑～一進門的門口上面有昆蟲屍體沒有清潔，後門可以打開，但是完全沒有清潔地板很髒，後面的椅子完全不能坐。但是門口外看的風景非常美，建築物外觀也不錯。原本就是被外觀吸引，可惜清潔度真的需要加強～退房時服務人員正在講電話，只把房間號碼圈起來，也沒示意是否完成退房。早餐還不錯～

我們住黃色城堡地下的套房, 房間很大, 有一個小客廳, 浴室也很乾淨，屋前的景色很美, 早上看見遠山及雲海及, 山下是碧湖, 早餐美味豐富。只是若果是自己坐公車到清境, 可以要花時間找酒店的位置, 幸好公路旁有很大的指示牌, 我們包了車, 所以問題不大。

Great stay!

Great location with beautiful views, but the views from Cingjing farm are better. Quirky place with its bright yellow castle design. Huge comfortable rooms if you pay the little bit extra to ensure you stay in the castle and not in the old white Mijas building. Hotels.com doesn't tell you which room is located in the castle so I had to use another hotel site just to get that info, and then continued to book on Hotels.com. Staff really speak little English so we managed with the help of google translate. It was a great one night stay. We were able to get up early, head to cingjing to catche both the sheep show and the horse show, and then drive back to Taipei in the afternoon to catch our flight home. No aircon in the room, but not needed in the mountains. Temperature at the beginning of august was only 21-23 degrees. Room indicated a ceiling fan, but there was none. Only a floor fan which was fine for us.

Great Hotel in CingJing

We booked a two bed room in the yellow castle. When we checked in, the front desk person was minimally helpful and borderline rude. The room's furniture was worn out, frayed, and just barely functional. There was mold on the caulk and grout in the bathroom and hair on the ground. Not a great environment for small kids. The bed heaters were nice though. The breakfast buffet was decent as well. Overall, I would say it was overpriced for the overall condition of the room.
