“Check-in was confusing and daunting. When I arrived in early evening, the front door was locked and the desk area was completely dark. Eventually, we went around back to look for humans, and some guests were playing ping pong and said the lady had been seen around earlier. The back door was open, though this added a flight of stairs to haul luggage up.
