This hotel is in a fabulous location, parking is available, which is amazing right in the centre of the city, the lift happened to be out of order while we were there, so the back stairs and room that we were put in was very tired, the quaintness is neat but it does need attention in saying that we lived our stay the staff are always lovely

Everything is great

Clean room, comfortable beds. We ordered a breakfast and it was awesome - omelet, sausages, cheese, pastries, nice coffee. The stuff is very friendly. They allowed us to keep luggage after checkout, so we could stroll around the city center till 4pm (out train was at 5pm). Oh, the location is great too - walking distances to train stations and all the attractions.

Hotel is a bit old and tired in places but is due to undergo modernisation. Ideal location and parking was a godsend even at 13 euro a night. Real shame that the spa was such an expensive extra charge - 29 euro for a swim and sauna for an hour was too much.

Spacious room with good aircon. We were on 3rd floor and lift was small but efficient. Reception staff friendly. Secured parking at €13pn, and they let us leave car there for a couple of hours after (noon) checkout. Close to city centre attractions and restaurants

Hotel was ok, reasonable price with continetal breakfast. Room is dated with seperate shower and toilet almost like a small flat. Bed was comfy and the toom was warm and quiet. Reims is a lovely city and the hotel is well located for the train station and city centre. Dont expect thrills but I would stay again

The staff were lovely, the location fantastic, unfortunately our room did not live up to expectations. The net curtains at the window had a huge hanging rip in them, behind both the bedroom and bathroom door there were hairs and fluff like the cleaners never bothered there and the room just needed some overall care and attention. That said, because of the location, I’d give it another chance if I went back to Reims

This hotel is situated very convenient in the city; near are both streets with restaurants and historical buildings. It vas easy to come by care and comfortable parking. Clean, quiet and with nice service.
