The property is fine to stay for a quick overnight trip. The staff were nice. Unfortunately, the rooms weren’t in the best conditions with broken fixtures around the room. The location is right off the city center, which is great if you enjoy the night life of Reims. It was very loud due to many people partying until about 2-3am. The breakfast was fine. It’s better to find a cafe nearby.

The room was clean. Curtains were unhooked and falling down. In the bathroom, the basin tap was very loose and the plug didn’t work for the bath - it wouldn’t drain. Had to request a room clean when we went out for dinner as it hadn’t been done.

Room was lovely - great size, nice decor and a balcony overlooking the main plaza (the longest in France!). Spotlessly clean and staff that were very helpful and on hand. Only disappointment was that the breakfast was served across int he Best Western hotel due to the Hotel Bristol Reims kitchen refit, but it was a fabulous breakfast so worth the 30m walk out from the hotel!

Amazing central location. The underground car park is right next to the hotel and you can park there for a reduced rate, which is really reasonable. Very friendly staff. Room was really quiet, clean and had character.

Very convenient location, easy walk from the train station and all the buses and tram. The breakfast was good although the buffet area gets very crowded with only one way in and out. The staff were very helpful at the front desk. We ate at the restaurant it was lovely good variety of dishes. Can get a bit niosy if you are in the front rooms with bars and restaurants and also delivery trucks early morning.

This hotel is close to the station and is on a wide pedestrian street, with plenty of eating places around. It is linked to L'Edito restaurant, so the decor is all about books and newspapers---rather nice. We were happy with our rooms, and enjoyed the hotel breakfast (extra fee).

Sarah and her colleagues are the reception were terrific. The room was small. Our first night, we were given a room that faced onto the plaza -- which was super noisy until about 2 a.m. We got moved to a room facing an inner courtyard the next day, which was much better.
