An exceptional and truly excellent experience on a world-class stage, our room in the Cottage was newly updated and gorgeous. The staff was amazing, including helping us get to the correct train station to catch our TGV to Paris. Dinner at Le Parc was exceptional. Finally, the location is exceptional for champagne tours - with two of the best right across the street. This is a stay for your bucket list.

Les Crayeres is exceptional. From the professional staff to the Michelin restaurant to the beautifully furnished room, we were comfortable all of the time. English speaking friendly staff. Walkable to Veuve Cliquot and Pommery, two of the oldest woman-owned businesses in the world.

Spectacular stay

Beautiful hotel well worth it. Service was very good, even charging our hybrid rental for us without asking and providing water and umbrellas for our day trips. We ate at both restaurants, both were excellent. Not an overload of food or courses like some other Michelin star restaurants in the area. Breakfast was simple but good (if a little pricey). Convenient to Pommery and Veuve (walking distance) and downtown Reims (a short drive). Highly recommended.

Lovely Chateau in one breath: Great Location Amazing Staff Fantastic Food The other breath: Toilet Flush not working (it was mended in the morning but left trying to fill all night, noisy and an “polite” guests not useable) and no apologies on check out. Water in a decanter in the room a nice touch , but warm, had a feeling it had been there a few hours!
