Hotel is easy to locate and convenient for access to motorway (M25) and into Reigate centre where I found a car charger and a curry house and other shops. Reception were welcoming, had to take luggage and golf clubs up a flight of stairs then to end of corridor, no lift I could see. Inconvenient but wouldn't be great for someone with less mobility. Room was a good size, bathroom clean. Shower gels etc provided as was tea, coffee, biscuits. All was dated in appearance though, from downstairs bar and lounge to the room and bathroom, all could use modernizing e.g carpets and decor and furniture. Breakfast was average, cooked food wasn't great quality but edible. All was OK for the price paid

Great staff. Lovely building and large room. We didn’t eat there but saw another couples food and it looked delicious. The only downside was the stained mattress protectors in room 304. They need changing. Other than that it was perfect and priced right.
