We needed a hotel while driving cross Germany with our small dog. We found Dormero as a pet friendly option and we were very happy with this choice. Due to huge traffic issue on the A9 that evening, we arrived after the reception opening time. We had called the hotel, and they had an envelope with our keys waiting for us at a designated pickup point. Getting to our room was easy. The room had free drinks waiting for us. The Wifi worked great. The areas around the hotel are beautiful, and allow a nice walk with our dog in the morning before hitting the road again.

I stayed at the Dormero Schlosshotel Reichenschwand and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is set in a beautifully maintained park, and the rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. I felt truly relaxed during my stay. One downside was the reception – the welcome felt a bit routine and lacked warmth. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. Overall, a lovely hotel with great potential and a fantastic location

Et fantastisk og overraskende ophold. Vi skulle funderet hotel tæt ved motorvejen på vej hjem fra Italien. Hold op vi blev overrasket. Ude på landet stod et flot gennem renoveret hotel til 748 kr pr nat - bestilt morgenmad som var velassorteret- og købt aftensmad på stedet - god mad til god pris . Værelserne pæne, rene , komfortable, store- perfekte. Hotel flot og nyrenoveret. Sødt, service minded og dygtigt personale. Rigeligt med personale i reception, kok, servering osv. Flotte omgivelser med floden haven sørn og slottet. Kan absolut anbefales

Fantastisk lokalt miljø. Værelset (209) lå direkte ud til floden og en opdæmmet dam. Der var adgang til en charmerende park. Morgenmad var forglemmelig. Lød godt på papiret men en smule kedelig. Betjeningen uengageret. Jeg ved godt det er svært for personalet at mobilisere begejstring men ligefrem at sukke da vi bad om lidt frisk frugt behøvede de ikke. Landsbyen er lille og charmerende med en kirke og bindingsværk gårde

Super lækkert og god pris

Super lækre omgivelser og meget naturskønt. Gode faciliteter og lidt specielt med en flod der løber lige ind under terresse hvor man kan indtage sine drinks om aftenen. morgenmaden udsøgt samt den aftensmad vi også fik var vel tilberedt og kræset for i køkkenet

Lage auf der einen Seite schön ruhig und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Schloss, wie der Name ja auch schon sagt, und direkt an der Pegnitz, für Erkundungen der Umgebung ist man aber auf das Auto angewiesen. Das Hotel war bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht besonders gut gebucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte grundsätzlich eine gute Auswahl. Eier und Pfannkuchen hätten aber gerne wärmer sein dürfen, und die Brötchen waren keine gute Aufbackware. Hier hätten wir uns etwas mehr Qualität gewünscht. Die Zimmer haben einen dunklen Holzboden. Leider ist dieser sehr empfindlich und sieht schon sehr zerkratzt aus, wenn die Möbel wie Sessel o.Ä. wohl oft verrückt werden. Die ebenerdigen Zimmer im hinteren Gebäude haben Stühle auf der Terrasse stehen, sehr angenehm an sonnigen Tagen!

Great getaway stay! It’s in small town, so dining/store options limited. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location had three jogging routes. Really good breakfast. Unfortunately we did not have time to check out spa services.

The hotel is very clean ' Quiet and beautiful But there is a big problem , you will not find the staff at the reception when you want I have waited several times more than 20 minutes ' The interaction between the employee and customers is not good , After 4 days we discovered that it was not the room that was booked , I moved my personal belongings from room to room/ But it's okay/the hotel is beautiful
