Great location with a good, competitive rate. Plenty of parking even though the under garage is tight but manageable. Don’t really even need the car since the hotel is within walking distance of beach, boardwalk, restaurants, etc. Hotel is a bit older but have stayed twice and both times seemed clean to me. Hotel has what you need for a stay at Rehoboth

Great place to choose for your vacation stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, my room was very clean and comfortable I enjoyed the balcony. It’s in a very quiet area but yet so close to everything, everything is walking distance. The breakfast was great pretty good variety of foods. It was overall an amazing experience. Me and my family will be returning next year.

We liked that it was conveniently located, quiet, and family oriented. The hand towel bar fell off the wall the first time drying my hands. There was only one elevator for staff and guests and it was a very slow elevator. We spent a lot of time waiting around for the elevator.

We’ve stayed here multiple times we always enjoy our stay. Everything is walkable inconvenient nice and clean. The pool was so warm this time this was our first time staying in a suite and we really enjoyed the extra space.

Pool area was poorly maintained. Pool water was cloudy. The pool was a deciding factor in the decision to stay here. It was awful. Bathroom shower temperature couldn't be regulated. Sheets were itchy. The location is very good.

Falsely advertised hot breakfasts (and we learned that this was the first year they stopped doing these). They also consistently ran out of breakfast items such as cream cheese, pre packaged hard boiled eggs, and orange juice. Staff was overall friendly and helpful, otherwise room was clean.

Joanne and the front desk staff could not have been more helpful! Had a difficult time with scheduling( off property phone line), but Joanne made it right. The ONLY negative was that our suite, which was a free upgrade due to the scheduling stressors, had a very loud air conditioning unit on it, which prevented us from using our balcony.
