The hotel was very tastefully decorated for Christmas, and smelled divine with a Christmas scent. The staff were excellent and the room was spotless. The happy hour was an added bonus with wine and cheese. The breakfast was good too. Underground parking was nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was very nice - great spaces for socializing, really good breakfast, parking was easy, super decor, location is fantastic. Only problem is the walls are SUPER THIN. I could hear every word said in the adjoining room (they haven't had chicken in the crock pot in a while) and every - um - nocturnal activity. I would stay here again but I would bring earplugs.

Loved almost everything about this place. The staff is great, rooms are comfortable, and it is only a block or two from the beach. The breakfast is not great but there are several other options close by. This is absolutely my favorite place to stay!

What a wonderful stay at the Avenue Inn. Perfect getaway. Love the extras like wine and cheese, cookies and delicious breakfast! Enjoyed the pool and hot tub too.

The hotel is in a great location - good amenities which included a pool; hot tub, steam room. They provided beach chairs and towels. Full breakfast was a plus. Great service and clean, comfortable rooms.
