This is the second time I’ve stayed here and both times were really great. With a dog and two kids it made our trip easy with breakfast in the morning and ice when we need it convenient parking pool and spacious room.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and they were very welcoming to me and my pup. Everyone from including front desk, food service and cleaning staff were all super friendly and always asking if everything was ok with my visit. Everything was clean and the room was perfect for my 3 night stay. I will definitely be back again! This location is beneficial to those with pets who want to take them out onto the beach since it's close to the Cape Henlopen State Park (they allow pets). You don't have to fight traffic either into the main beaches.

Excellent hotel Went there to stay for lewes beach explore but it rained that day so the hotel has an excellent which utilized on the day. So soothing and rooms were excellent and upto to the mark. Clean and nice. Excellent breakfast with wide range of hot breakfast options Had a sumptuous breakfast and left for the day. The lobby is nicely designed with cyber cafe as well

The room was clean, but the shower should be cleaned. The pool needed attention outside on the deck, the floor, furniture and especially the tables should be cleaned. Enjoy the breakfast with the variety of different dishes. They needed to have varieties of teas.

Really nice hotel. Modern, clean, good breakfast and nice staff. If you’re looking for an off the beach or outlet shopping location, this is perfect. It’s close to Rehoboth, Dewey, Bethany and Fenwick and located on coastal Hwy in Lewes. Spacious room with big tv, fridge, microwave, etc. Bed was comfortable, towels were good, etc. Only heads up…pets are allowed to stay there if allergic, etc. Not a problem for us.
