This hotel is in a great location to beach and restaurants. The staff were super nice. Fresh ground coffee prepared in the morning for all. Great roof top pool. So clean. Parking was great and so convenient! I would definitely recommend and stay again !

This hotel met all of our needs for a brief early March stay. Has all of the advertised amenities and the staff was friendly. Very good rate for the quality of the hotel. Close to beach and nice views of the bay from the room. Would gladly stay again.

Definitely a hole in the wall type hotel. The staff were friendly and kind but the room itself needed some upgrades. The pictures on the website did not accurately represent the actual hotel room. The room was outdated and poorly maintained. The bedside tables were dirty and covered in dust, there was a strange odor coming from the bathroom, and the carpet was old, worn down, and in need of replacement. Overall, the room looked like it had not been properly cleaned before our stay.

We were here for a weekend tennis camp and found the hotel very reasonably priced, comfortable, wonderfully located by the beach and bay. The staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Having an internal parking garage is brilliant and convient. I don't care for boardwalks but Rehoboth Beach's walk is minutes away. Very pleased with our stay!!

Check in was good, the room was nice. I got an accessible room for my mother who uses a walker. There was no counter space but we made due. The shower did let a lot of water out on the floor. I did have trouble getting the air conditioner set just right. There was an adjoining room and you could here everything that the people were saying like they were in the room with you.

This place is in a good location. Walk to everything. It was VERY Clean. Parking garage parking was very clean. Coffee in lobby 24/7. Mini toiletries provided (Shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, body lotion, makeup wipes. Mini frig & microwave in rooms. Mini coffee maker as well but just go to the lobby to get the coffee, its better. I would DEF stay here again.
