The rooms floors could have been cleaner a really good vacuum can help with dust, hair, and sand. Staff members were very friendly. Just a heads up always confirm your reservation with hotel, room choices and beds Expedia can mess up.

Rooms were clean, staff was excellent and friendly. You could order breakfast but there were plenty of places nearby that you could also try. We went ti Jimmy's which was a good breakfast option. Great to be able to walk right down to the beach. They need to put in a steamer or iron for use.

This place was very nice! Comfortable for couples and families with small children. Far enough away from the busy boardwalk but not too far for a decent bike ride. Easy beach access and a nice rooftop pool. Parking is limited -1 car per room. Nice restaurants within walking distance and activities nearby. We had a great time.

This is our go-to spot for enjoying a beach getaway. It’s centrally located between Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City. The pool is nice and everything is clean. We appreciate the quiet pace of the hotel.

We loved loved loved the property, the staff, especially Stacey, who prepared our breakfast, The amenities were amazing. The bed and shower were extra cozy. It was super quiet. We felt relaxed, cared for, and the location was awesome for traveling to either Rehoboth or Ocean City. We will be definitely booking again. Thank you for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation!

Loved the location and how clean the hotel was. Room may say coastal but does not have water view. It’s decorated in coastal decor. There is no Buffett breakfast offered only menu items that were just ok. Small pool. No bar service the first day. Second day they had offered bar service at pool but the poor bartender had to keep going up and down to get drinks. Not Whst I expected
