This place was very nice! Comfortable for couples and families with small children. Far enough away from the busy boardwalk but not too far for a decent bike ride. Easy beach access and a nice rooftop pool. Parking is limited -1 car per room. Nice restaurants within walking distance and activities nearby. We had a great time.

Loved the location and how clean the hotel was. Room may say coastal but does not have water view. It’s decorated in coastal decor. There is no Buffett breakfast offered only menu items that were just ok. Small pool. No bar service the first day. Second day they had offered bar service at pool but the poor bartender had to keep going up and down to get drinks. Not Whst I expected

We loved loved loved the property, the staff, especially Stacey, who prepared our breakfast, The amenities were amazing. The bed and shower were extra cozy. It was super quiet. We felt relaxed, cared for, and the location was awesome for traveling to either Rehoboth or Ocean City. We will be definitely booking again. Thank you for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation!

Beautiful property near the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Smaller hotel which is what we like!! Front desk was great to help us with an earlier check out! Only disappointment was room service never came into our room on a Tues-Fri stay. (Of course we never said anything and we could have.) Also, would’ve been nice if ACTUAL or UPDATED hours were posted on the restaurant and bars. You never knew if/when they’d be open. Again, great hotel but definitely had slipped since we were there 2 years ago.
