We stay here every yr. You can’t beat the location and the facility is always clean. However, with the rising cost to stay it would be nice to have the pool updated, hangers or more drawers in the rooms, room showers updated and outside shower,

The property and rooms are bright, cheerful and clean. The location is central to so many great bars and restaurants and close to the beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in every way! Loved it!

This was the second time I have stayed at the Beach House. Perfect location if you are visiting for a show at the Bottle & Cork, which is located directly across the street. Very clean, awesome air conditioner, room was nice and cool on a hot summer day. Easy access to beach, friendly staff. Will come back again!

Grest motel! Excellent location. Beach block. Parking was very convenient and since it was a weekday, for a small fee, they had extra spots for our party. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to check in a little early, and the next day I was able to leave my car in the lot a few hours past check out time. The room was clean and no noticeable sound from outside was heard. I slept great!

Great place to stay, went down with 2 kids ages 7 and 10 and it was the perfect spot. Close to the beach, great pool and the staff in the office were fantastic. Able to take the jolly trolly onto Rehoboth for Funland/boardwalk. Rooms were clean and quiet.

perfect location to walk to both ends of dewey easily. property is older and needs a facelift, but everything was functional. if you like extra space, get the king suite...very roomy and two bathrooms, which was nice! (listed as limited beach view but you could barely see the beach out of one window so that was a stretch.) bedding and pillows sorely need an upgrade. the ac worked well. overall not bad for a couple days' stay....

The staff was helpful and courteous. The rooms, stairs, and walkways were not cleaned often enough during our stay. It’s a short walk to the beach which was our main objective. Overall not bad. Would probably go back again.

Great location just a block from the beach. It’s obvious it’s an old motel that has been updated. Open areas like pool And steps were dinged, needed cleaning. Staff kind and helpful. Beds comfy, linens ok. Old bathroom that could have used a deep cleaning and update. If you’re looking for a decent spot to lay your head and rest while you enjoy the beach it’s a good find. Definitely could use more updates and cleaning!!!

Close to everything. Pretty clean. Friendly staff. Decent pool. Didn’t care for the up charge of $15. Per day to park your car on the hotel lot. Add it to the cost not separate charge. Poor taste. Overall decent place for family.
