Location on the Boardwalk and proximity to the beach was a great advantage. Food in the restaurant was good. Service of the bartender, Nick, was excellent. Being close to shops and restaurants on Rehobeth Ave. was a plus. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience

Very much enjoyed the hotel, got an unexpected fire alarm that was a false alarm. Was not happy about the partial balcony, this was my fault with the room I booked. My wife and I already booked our next stay here. Can't wait to try the restaurants.

The location is amazing. Right on the beach and boardwalk. Staff were underwhelming. The tiki bar was not open but looks like it would be a fun place by the pool. The restaurant was great for cocktails and bar food. We enjoyed it. The hotel is dated, but the price point was good. You get what you pay for.

We were only there overnight. The staff was pleasant. The restaurant was closed for a private event. The location on the boardwalk is ideal, but the property is older and looks very tired. It was fine for a stopover, but definitely not a destination.
