“Incredible place!! We went to Bella Vista Lodge to rest from a month trio around Uganda. And it has been our little oasis. The food was great, with different options (lagsane, salad, pasta, pizza, meat...). The room were awsome. We stayed in a room with a balcony to the lake. We had lunch there. We really have to thank to Francis, the manager and all the staff. They are all of them incredibly heloful and nice. They made our stay perfect. Ah!! And it has git a swimming pool!”

“My stay at Gorilla Valley Lodge was wonderful. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, and the gardens and properties are beautiful with views overlooking the forest (including the mountain where we did our gorilla trek!). The restaurant area sits atop a hill overlooking a valley with 360 views of the mountains and scenery. The entire property is very peaceful and the restaurant served a three-course meal every evening. The rooms were clean with little welcoming touches when we arrived....

“The facilities are new and beautiful. They overlook the small crater lake Munyanyange which hosts birds year round and lesser flamingoes in July/August. The staff are excellent. The chef is superb! Very close to a gate for Queen Elizabeth. Staff helpful in arranging tours and walks as desired. An up and coming location, I believe. It can be hard to find initially as Google maps doesn’t have the back roads of Katwe, only the main road. If a sign goes down, you will need to ask directions...

“What a lovely place in the middle of a very verdant area, where the sounds of the forest are the only sounds you'll hear. Velvet and Colobus monkeys will welcome you to the property and will amuse throughout your stay. Highly recommend.”

“The location is fabulous. The staff was super nice and attentive. The grounds very nice. We happened to stay there during low season and, understandably, the restaurant was not super well-stocked. Also, the road there (we did self-driving) is quite difficult and it's easy to get lost. That said, we enjoyed our stay here immensely”

“Great looking hotel! i wish I would've had more time to enjoy the terrace and look at primates. Next time, easy choice. I really enjoyed knowing that their vegetation part shares the land with the park, so in a good day you can see Chimps from your front patio.”
