Best of all was the concierge at the desk on the night of our arrival; we really appreciated his generous manner in sticking with his native tongue while still being able to graciously and deftly bridge our relative lack of mastery. We had a room that overlooked the Danube River. We could see the town just across. It was such as easy walk across the bridge to access restaurants, shopping, cafes. Our room was spacious and clean. We would definitely stay again!

The location is excellent for walking into old town Regensburg, you could not ask for better. Breakfast is good. Rooms a bit dated , but worth it for the location . I would abs stay there again .

We had a wonderful stay at Sorat Insel-Hotel Regensburg! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location couldn’t have been better — right by the river with beautiful views and just a short walk to the historic city center. Our room was comfortable, clean, and full of charm. The only challenge was the parking garage, which was a little tight for our larger car. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!
