Great hotel

This was a stop over for us on a European trip. The hotel is nice and new, tastefully decorated. Dog friendly which was important to us. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful. Underground parking is very convenient. Price was very reasonable too.

It is a good, clean and comfortable place to stay if you are on the go. The property is well kept, the rooms are comfortable. They offer a breakfast buffet. It is far from the historical center, but reachable by bus (about 25 minutes).

Plaza Inn Regensburg

Checked in and was told the carpark was an additional €10. Nowhere during booking did it say parking had a cost. Not a great start. Also due to poor instructions from the staff, we parked in the wrong place and ended up going into a private block of flats - the garage is underground and is HUGE, and not very well signposted. However, after saying this, the room itself, and the staff themselves, were fantastic! I would very much recommend staying here. It's basically a stopover hotel when driving through Germany, literally a minute or two away from the 3 autobahn. This was very convenient. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was powerful, the breakfast was great, and just the attitudes of certain staff members were superb, making our stay really good. If we are ever in the area again, we would stay here - and now I know about the car parking, it won't cause an issue again, and this was a minor thing overall.

Ich war in den letzten zwei Nächten beruflich in diesem Hotel zu Gast und war insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt, das Frühstücksangebot sehr gut und vielfältig. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal, das durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Ein ganz besonderes Lob gilt der Mitarbeiterin, die am 20. Februar 2026 für das Frühstück zuständig war. Sie war äußerst aufmerksam, herzlich und dabei hoch professionell. Man hat gemerkt, mit wie viel Engagement und Freude sie ihre Arbeit macht – das hat mich so beeindruckt, dass ich sie beim Auschecken noch einmal ausdrücklich loben musste. Solche Mitarbeiter sind ein großer Gewinn für das Hotel und ein Grund, warum ich sehr gerne wiederkommen werde. Klare Empfehlung für dieses Hotel!
