I love staying at Hu Hotel. I feel like the rooms are quiet, and I like the design of them. The parking is so easy, especially being downtown. That’s one of the reasons I stay here over some other hotels. I can self-park in the garage that’s right across the street, and I can come and go as I please. It kind of feels like I have my own little apartment. Also, the people who work here are consistently friendly and so kind.

Check in clerk barely spoke enough English to communicate. Had to track down bartender in the kitchen plus she acted like she was doing me a favor.
