This place is just like the pictures and the customer service was amazing! It was so comfortable. The linens, bed, AC all were very nice during the hottest months. Doug at the front desk was so helpful and they really have every small detail in mind!

There is no breakfast included. We were charged for it and only to learn at the resort that they stop including breakfast a long time ago.

We had an amazing stay at Grapetree Bay. The rooms are as pictured clean, renovated and large. AC was nice and cold. The staff was very friendly and professional. Enjoyed all our delicious meals on the balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. I would recommend this property to everyone and cannot wait to return.
