“Well we have really enjoyed our stay here at The Wherry Hotel. Check in was easy, our room overlooked the water and was very comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, toiletries, fans and a radio all included. The hotel is getting tired in places, it does need some tlc in some areas and there was one staircase that did have a nasty smell. “Really good food, carvery on Sunday and breakfast were excellent. The staff were really nice and friendly, our room was clean, spacious and comfortable, would not hesitate to return. ”

“Room was very small and didn’t look like what was advertised! Toilet seat was broken and the room was very hot as it was on the 3rd floor and my room also smelt of fish as the kitchen was below my room! Breakfast was nice! Won’t stay there again as the room isn’t worth the money and there isn’t enough parking for the hotel guests so I had to pay extra for parking!”

“Our hosts were wonderful throughout our stay. Very helpful, kind and friendly. A beautiful location surrounded by farmland animals like sheep, cows, chickens and goats. Highly recommend to anyone. We will hopefully be back to stay in the tents for a big family holiday ”
