“Room not clean had to ask for towels and a flannel. The towels they gave us had a hole in one and the other was thin and frayed around the edges. Hot water in kitchen was like warm and had to boil the jug to do the dishes. Blanket for the bed had stains on it and we had constant noise from neighboring apartments at night and had to wear ear plugs to get any sleep.”

“Right from check-in the staff were incredibly attentive, kind and efficient. Throughout our stay they were amazing and very helpful providing an additional night to correct my booking error. Great place, awesome team and will definitely stay again next opportunity.”

“No contact with staff other than email. Room wasn’t serviced to expected standard. Tradies working from very early in the morning. Older place that needs some refreshing.”

“Cabin was not cleaned. There was mould near the bottom of the shower. The extra beds we paid for weren’t made like I was told they would be. That caravan park itself looked like a dump. I have no problem with the permanent residents, however, the management might need to talk to them as a lot the permanent sites looked like they weren’t maintained at all. Will not be back.”
