Every person working at the Hotel would either say hello or if you had a question stop and talk to you. We asked for more toilet paper, and the kindest cleaning staff went out of her way and had it in our room when we got back. The breakfast was top notch; the area was spotless at all times, and she was always helpful with a smile. Everyone was just truly genuine, and I would stay there again no question. Note to the Hotel owners-please value all your staff that work at this location they are all amazing!!!

We would definitely stay here again. Besides the lighting in the bathroom being kind of dim, everything was great. The staff was great, knowledgeable and kind, and the amenities were all clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the patio with pizza! Also there were a lot of staff so it always seemed like someone was around should you have questions. The rooms were updated as well.

The room was lovely. There were big, open windows looking over the snowy neighborhood. The bed was comfy. The room was spotless. We enjoyed sitting in the indoor hot tub a few evenings. The breakfast was well-stocked, clean, and yummy. There was an attendant at breakfast both mornings. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Everything exceeded my expectations, with the exception of the temperature of the Hot Tub..... could definitely be turned up a bit as it was like luke warm tub water. Staff was great and very informative and professional hotel was clean and well organized and put together! And check-out is NOON! I highly recommend.
