We would definitely stay here again. Besides the lighting in the bathroom being kind of dim, everything was great. The staff was great, knowledgeable and kind, and the amenities were all clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the patio with pizza! Also there were a lot of staff so it always seemed like someone was around should you have questions. The rooms were updated as well.

Everything exceeded my expectations, with the exception of the temperature of the Hot Tub..... could definitely be turned up a bit as it was like luke warm tub water. The staff was absolutely amazing! Friendly, helpful and courteous. The pool was clean, hit tub was warm, not really hot. The room for the most part was clean. The overall hotel, room, hallways, stairs need to be thoroughly vacuumed. The elevator was very dirty. I know they are doing some painting and maybe the new GM ( which was very very nice to talk to) will have it cleaned up.

Best Hotel I've had in a long time

Our stay at the Red Wing, MN location was perfect. The check in was quick and efficient, the room was very clean and inviting. This Country Inn and Suites staff should be reworded with how well they are doing.
