The room was lovely. There were big, open windows looking over the snowy neighborhood. The bed was comfy. The room was spotless. We enjoyed sitting in the indoor hot tub a few evenings. The staff was absolutely amazing! Friendly, helpful and courteous. The pool was clean, hit tub was warm, not really hot. The room for the most part was clean. The overall hotel, room, hallways, stairs need to be thoroughly vacuumed. The elevator was very dirty. I know they are doing some painting and maybe the new GM ( which was very very nice to talk to) will have it cleaned up.

Everything exceeded my expectations, with the exception of the temperature of the Hot Tub..... could definitely be turned up a bit as it was like luke warm tub water. Staff was great and very informative and professional hotel was clean and well organized and put together! And check-out is NOON! I highly recommend.
