My favorite place to stay in red River every time. Both the host and the management company are always so helpful and welcoming. Great location and a great space for people and their furry family. I can’t wait to be back next year.

No AC but still amazing

Great stay, quiet, river being right out the back door is amazing. We stayed there the 3rd week of June daytime temps were mid to high 70's, so still pretty mild but air conditioning would be nice on hotter days. But evening temps were perfect to have the windows open with the cool mountain air. Not much room for parking. I'll be staying there again! 👍👍

The pictures were deceiving in what the place looks like in real life. The linen is all dated, the blanket on the couch had hair all over it, the fireplace didn’t work and there was an old one that was broken on the back porch. There were crumbs in the couch from previous stays. The king bed was very uncomfortable. There was no extra storage to hang your ski clothes at the end of the day. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom upstairs. I will say we had an issue with a smell from the sink and the property manager sent someone out to look at it and ended up fixing the issue so that was nice.
