The staff at this hotel are all very friendly and helpful. Both my check in experience and check out experience were great. They offered tons of information, and were very knowledgeable. After checking out, I realized I had misplaced my car keys and asked the front desk if I could go back into my room to have a look, and the gentleman at the desk kindly gave me his personal key to go back to my room
