Hallways needed updating and cleaning. The same dirt was on the floor by the elevatora the whole 3 days I was there. The hot tub jets didn't work and the rock area was crumbling so there was sand everywhere. The roon was reasonably clean and norm. No complaints with it. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff was amazing to work with. Even after forgetting my entire wallet with a license and credit card, they were able to help me to ensure our family had a place to stay! We did have some issues with other hotel guests, seemed a bit sketchy- but the hotel staff did the best they could to ensure everyone was taken care of and the irresponsible guests were away from children, etc.

I am not a review person but I do read review before booking which made be wrote this review of my recent trip I had booked 2 rooms went with family for quick 1 night out I have an infant which makes all the amenities even more important The microwave didn’t heat food it kept spinning but no heat at all The bathroom had hairs and inside the coffee cup as well Coffee machine had used coffee pod still inside it The bathtub shower needed 2 people to make it work
