“Check in was a bit weird. We arrived early and couldn’t check in (which is fair) so we asked about checking in late, around 10pm - and we told it wasn’t a problem. Said we would be staying in the Elm cottage and we can check in 24/7. When we arrived to check in, there was 0 staff on site. After waiting for 15 mins, we called them and he came right away and said their staff said that everyone had checked in???? Then we were given our keys to a cottage that wasn’t Elm and was WAY smaller. 0...
