We love the convenience of being close to beach and town and also Asbury Park. The place is very clean, well maintained and rooms are cozy. Ours was a spring visit. Our expectations were met. The location is right on the central mall and very close to the beach and the downtown shopping street. Parking is on street. Every room is different, so that could affect how you view your stay. Ours was second floor, one room back from the second floor porch. That porch is where breakfast buffet is served. We could still see the mall from our window while being close to the porch for buffet and coffee or tea during the day…yet our room was quiet. Our room was also comfortable , bright and had all the things we needed. There was a lot of choice for the breakfast. There is a nice lounge and porch on the ground floor.
