The room was clean and fine for our overnight stay, although the shower floor was taped to cover damage. The remote for the TV didn't work and we weren't able to get any volume on the TV. There was periodic yelling from the people staying in the neighboring room, but the folks staying in other rooms were quiet and courteous. The outdoor green space was nice and we appreciated the bench and outdoor lighting at night. The motel was in a very convenient location for what we wanted to do in the area, and we would stay again.

My car broke down on my way from Florida to Massachusetts. I found an awesome repair shop and wanted to be close by when car was ready. This hotel was available, price was reasonable, and it was a relief to have a shower and a bed. Staff very helpful.

You get what you pay for. Convenient parking & convenient to many stores & restaurants. Room could have been a little cleaner when we arrived. Some of the people staying there seemed a little shady. Over all good deal for the price. I would stay there again.

Ignore everything on Hill Hill's website. "Picnic area" and "scenic green space" is scraggly grass covered in cigarette butts with one worn park bench. There is no snack bar/deli and in fact there is no lobby. Check in the small foyer with the clerk behind bullet proof glass. There was a small fridge in the room but no microwave. Toiletries included a small round soap and small bottle of shampoo. No ice bin (probably no ice machine) and no tissues or even plastic drinking cups.

I am very low maintenance/low expectations when it comes to motels. I don't really care if there are small holes or stains on the wall. I didn't believe the reviews I thought people were being picky, but believe me when I tell you that this hotel was gross. The towels and bedsheets were stained with this red stuff. It was all of our towels and multiple stains on the bedsheets all over. The floors were dirty like someone spilled something and they never mopped it. The amenities were fine: fridge and TV worked. The parking lot and check in process was fine. For a motel that I paid $100 dollars a night for, this was an absolute robbery. I didn't complain to the staff, so I can't speak to that. It was nasty but it's one of the few motels in the area, so if you're gunna stay here be ready and bring a towel/sheets.

The first room we had,started Flooding in the room, Water all over the floor, My luggage bag got wet . The Ventilation system in the bathroom was not installed correctly and was hanging off the ceiling. And there was a huge crack in the shower floor However, the staff was very helpful and switched our room. We requested late check out and was providing and additional 30 minutes. As we are packing up our car to leave. The cleaning person started YELLING " TIP TIP" MONEY! MONEY!. I found this to be extremely disrespectful!!! #1 They did not clean my room during my stay at this establishment. There was no need since I changed rooms after 1 night. #2 Since I had damage to my luggage as I stated to the manager. Perhaps they should have provided me with a discount, instead of their staff Yelling at me for a tip. I just smiled and left.. The Motel is in a good location for my needs. I am hopeful they willmake more repairs. I would stay there again.
