The staff here were amazing. My daughter and I were in town for the sea, hear, now festival and it was a great choice for our overnight stay! Highly recommend for your basic hotel needs. Pool looked awesome though we didn’t get a chance to use it.

Crystal Inn is a very nice hotel. The property and facilities are well kept, the hotel rooms are key card entry which helps safety, and the staff is very nice. Plus the rates are very good. I definitely recommend Crystal Inn for people traveling near Asbury Park or Belmar.

Very clean motel. It's definitely no frills, but it was very clean. Things were dated, but we'll maintained, and the staff was very, very nice. The maids were always about cleaning. The continent breakfast was nice, bagels, cereal, coffee, juice, milk. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The staff at crystal Inn Neptune are very friendly and accommodating. The room and stay are great for the money. We stay here annually to attend festival at Asbury. It was a delightful surprise to return to our room with bed made, fresh towels, and cleaned floors - thank you staff!!! See you next year!!

The entire hotel was very clean. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. Only negative thing is to make sure when having deliveries or Ubers, it takes them to the wrong address. You'll have to specify the hotel. But all in all, good room and location 2 miles from Asbury park.

Clean room with direct outdoor access, we stayed poolside. Only a short drive to Asbury Park. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the small buffet style breakfast was just enough to start the day. Great coffee

Property was older, but room was updated. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Only issue was lingering smoke aroma, probably from years of past smoking. Hard to get rid of.

The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the property is beautifully maintained, its location is perfect in regards to access to shops, things to do etc. The breakfast was fresh and provides the basics like bagels/cereal coffee /juice and the pool was absolutely the best part! We will definitely be coming back next year!

6/10 Okay

Disliked: Amenities
Hourly sketchy motel vibes. Balcony was the best feature. Breakfast was horrible off brand cereal and cheap bagels, No cream cheese. If you are only going to offer bagels at least get them from bagel shop. Room was not worth amount they are asking for. Door does not lock behind you either so if you forget anyone can walk in. Staff does advise you!

It was sufficient for what it was. Cold room, decent bed, nice balcony and a hot shower. Definitely a more run down/ lower scale stay to save some money outside of Asbury Park.

This is a nice low budget hotel for the area. Nice pool. Helpful staff. I think some people live here and they may not be the best guests, so maybe that’s why a lot of negative reviews. But for a night or two this place is fine.
