Vacations Close To Recreio dos Bandeirantes Beach

Had a great stay in Rio! Everything was good from start to finish — the hotel was comfortable, the service was friendly, and I really enjoyed my time here. I’m already looking forward to coming back soon. Definitely a place I’d be happy to stay at again!

Ubicación excelente, buen desayuno y muy atentos. Queda a dos calles de la playa de Copacabana y hay todo cerca. Es una zona segura.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms are dated but clean. Did not try the breakfast but it seemed popular. Only negative was the charging for bottles of water. A bit nickel and dimming.

Lovely rooms but terrible service. Instead of taking a hold payment, the hotel processed a payment for €500. Upon check out I flagged this and was told to email a generic email to request the money be returned. It’s been a week since I checked out and I’ve still not had a reply to my email or a refund. It was not possible to resolve this issue at checkout as it took 1 hour to get to the front of the line. There were a lot of people checking out but not all desks were staffed, and the staff were incredibly slow. It was similar at check in too. Lovely hotel, but terrible service.

Very nice property with and amazing rooftop pool view of copacabana, the breakfast buffet is a plus a lot of options, taste and price. All the staff very polite and helpful at all time. Only down limited view from rooms
