5 estrelas para o atendimento da Milena, da Ines e do atendente da noite. Quanto à acomodação é bem simples. Embora limpas, as roupas de cama e de banho estavam desgastadas, puídas. Não tem estacionamento no local e é difícil estacionar na rua.

This place does not qualify as a hotel/boutique hotel/ whatever they wanna call it. The day I checked in they had to move me to another room cause the wifi and tv weren't working. In the new room it was the same bit worse since the AC kept leaking overnight and flooded the entire room. I was lucky my bags didn't get damaged cause I kept them on the bed. Entire place stank so bad and the there was mold everywhere. Absolutely zero ventilation and they moved me back to the initial room on the third day since they couldn't fix the AC-just put towels on the floor to soak the water up and the staff came and replaced the towels every few hours. Pool was never cleaned and their waste management is also a joke, the whole place literally STANK 24/7. The showers aren't fully closed off as well so every time you shower you're bound to flood the entire washroom unless you put multiple towels to stop it. Also the bedsheets and towels were not clean at all and caused skin issues. They literally dry the sheets towels on a drying rack outside and none of the sheets/pillowcases were clean. Absolute disaster of a place, only thing keeping it running is the staff

Minha estadia foi ótimo, os funcionários do hotel são prestativos e gentis. Um ponto que sugiro melhora é a internet, pois na acomodação que me instalaram, quarto 09, o sinal do wi-fi não funcionou em nenhum dos dias em que estive hospedado.

Não recomendo!

Não recomendo o Hotel!!! Infelizmente o Hotel não atende a um dos requisitos que acho de extrema importância: orientar e estabelecer regras que preservem o sossego dos hospedes no horário noturno, principalmente após as 22 horas. A área da piscina que se torna um espaço de convivência para os hóspedes fica no mesmo corredor e no final dos quartos, fazendo com que tenha muita movimentação no corredor, conversas e risadas altas que são ouvidas dentro dos quartos, visto que eles não possuem um isolamento e portas adequadas, com brechas que entram som e a iluminação externa. Acordei pouco mais de meia noite com as risadas e conversas e precisei abrir a porta do quarto e pedir para que as pessoas pudessem falar um pouco mais baixo... Infelizmente os movimentos e as conversas nos corredores pararam quase 2 horas da manhã. Além disso, roupas de cama encardidas e manchadas mesmo vindas da lavanderia e precisei mudar de quarto assim que cheguei porque o ar condicionado não estava funcionando. Café da manhã super simples e a internet é muito oscilante, caindo com frequência. Todavia, a gentileza e presteza da atendente Juliana foi o ponto positivo e o diferencial durante a estadia. Não recomendo o Hotel, que muito embora tenha um apelo vintage, parece muito com Hostel do ponto de vista organizacional.

O hotel não faz juz ao custo benefício. Nomei quarto o box estava pela metade, a TV não funcionava, o wifi ficou fora do ar por meio dia, uma luz do banheiro estava queimada, o colchão era ruim entre outros pontos de melhoria.

Não sei se tal situação se aplica a todos os aposentos do hotel, mas pelo menos o quarto que fiquei não tinha um aspecto muito limpo, inclusive encontramos alguns insetos como muriçocas. Um dos lençóis eu pedi para ser trocado. Nas fotos do hoteis.com, o piso do quarto era de azulejo. No entanto, no quarto que ficamos o piso era “acimentado” na cor verde. O banheiro é amplo, mas o chuveiro tem uma vazão de água fraca. Quando chegamos havia um vazamento na pia, que após ser feita a reclamação foi feito o reparo pela equipe do hotel. A localização do hotel é boa. Fica do lado de uma conveniência. Na minha concepção, o estabelecimento fica longe do que se espera de um hotel boutique.
