The staff is very unprofessional. The man in the desk has no respect for guests and doesn’t wanna work properly. They don’t change the towels and they are often out of the desk and don’t open the gate.

A localização da pousada é numa região boa, próxima ao aeroporto e num bairro seguro de recife. As acomodações do quarto nem tanto. A cama aparenta ser velha e acordamos com dores nas costas. A pousada inteira estava cheia de pernilongos, desde a recepção ao quarto. A pousada tem café da manhã, porém é cobrado à parte. Recomendo apenas para curtas estadias pelo custo benefício.

Gostei muito do hotel, muito fofo e aconchegante, a única coisa que ficou a desejar foi o estacionamento e o barulho que os hóspedes ficaram fazendo pela manhã cedo antes de saírem. Infelizmente nossa experiência foi ruim. A pousada tem bastante potencial, contudo o quarto que ficamos é apertado, se ouve tudo do lado de fora, inclusive o celular e o sino da recepção, banheiro apertado, instalações que precisam de uma reforma e atualizações. Contudo o ponto mais desafiador é a quantidade de pernilongo no quarto. É descomunal. Pedi repelente e me deram um de tomadas, mas isso não fez muito efeito pois eram MUITOS pernilongos.
