Lugar lindo, comida excelente, com opções regionais para os turistas viverem a experiência da culinária local, um dos pontos mais fortes na minha opinião. All inclusive de alta qualidade, com opções de comida e bebida em todos os horários. Bares e drinks perfeitos. Restaurante Quebra Mar maravilhoso com muitos elogios ao chef de cozinha. Piscina enorme, com áreas infantis e de adulto. Quarto espaçoso, roupas de cama de alta qualidade, chuveiro muito bom. Staff muito atencioso e educado. Várias opções de recreação para todas as idades.

Os atendentes do Quebramar, principalmente Mislene, Dandara, Eliane, Ingrid, Allan e André, foram extraordinários! 10/10! A Maiara da excelência /setor de qualidade foi muito solícita e agradabilíssima conosco. Bangalô 503 bastante confortável, o único fator de melhoria é que o chão estava sempre um pouco sujo de areia. Como é na frente do mar, acho que realmente existe alguma dificuldade.

Ótimo hotel para descanso com a família

Excelente a Resort, não há nada para reclamar, atendimento impecável, colaboradores extremamente competentes e educados. Quarto bem amplo, cama confortável, ótima ducha. Estrutura muito bem cuidado, piscina limpa, os arredores bem cuidado. Bares por todos os lados. Ótimos restaurantes com várias opções. É uma ótima praia.

Estadia foi fantástica. Lazer, acomodações, atendimento da equipe foi sensacional. Nao digo ponto negativo, mas os Cardápios e opções de comida ficaram abaixo da especitativa, muita recepção e poucas opções no restaurante princial e café da manhã. Mas de modo geral atendeu pelo custo benefício.

Gostei bastante do hotel, bem localizado, quarto amplo e confortável, os funcionários são muito simpáticos, vários pontos de bebidas e comidas, achei muito bom o restaurante da piscina que servia petiscos deliciosos e pratos com frutos do mar, o restaurante principal, além de achar um pouco pequeno, principalmente para o café da manhã, deixou um pouco a desejar na questão de opção de pratos.

Não aceitaram o upgrade para quarto superior de forma gratuita como informado no meu privilégio gold. Ofereceram um desconto para que eu pudesse ir para os bangalôs. Outro ponto negativo era a carne que na maioria das vezes estava dura ou cheia de nervo. Na praia, próxima ao Nanai, o Summervile oferece estrutura de barracas, mas as bebidas são limitadas a suco, água e cerveja, não são feitos drinks. Não há tb petiscos, somente biscoitos são oferecidos.

Incrível! Realmente all inclusive, com tudo a disposição todo tempo. Piscinas maravilhosas, recreação e entretenimento todas as noites. Um destaque para o cardápio maravilhoso com muitas opções de pratos regionais sendo preparados na hora com todo requinte. Único porém é a praia das piscinas naturais ficar a 250 metros, mas a estrutura não deixa a desejar com guarda sóis e cadeiras a disposição, além de serviço de bebidas e petiscos transportados. Os caiaques e stand-ups disponíveis, porém não inclusos. Amamos a nossa estadia!

Bom resort, bem honesto para os padrões Brasil.

Hotel com instalações novas, bem equipado no geral. O all inclusive é honesto, com bebidas de boa qualidade, mas o restaurante não possui muita variedade. Os temáticos são pagos a parte ou disponíveis para quem ficar mais diárias. O hotel tem atividades noturnas, piano, shows e etc, bem bacana! Único ponto realmente negativo é o serviço de praia. Primeiro porque a praia em si não é boa, segundo porque o quiosque de apoio só tem cadeiras (não tem espreguiçadeira) e ainda só tem opções de água, refrigerante e cerveja como bebida. Achei que o hotel poderia oferecer drinks, toalha, água de côco e petiscos na praia, já que é all inclusive.

Excelente Resort. Já me hospedei em vários Resorts all inclusive tanto Brasil como fora do país. O Summerville realmente é espetacular. Funcionários sempre muito educados e atenciosos. A qualidade e variedade de bebidas e comidas é enorme. Chego a dizer que é o melhor Resort all inclusive que já estive. Área de piscina enorme e muito agradável. Enfim só tenho elogios. Recomendo muito!

Quando chegamos tínhamos benefício do silver do hotéis.com, mas não queriam deixar a gente entrar no quarto antes pois não tinha, só depois de mostrar que acharam quartos livres. O espumante de cortesia também não ganhamos. As refeições sempre são praticamente iguais. Não tem garçom para servir bebida, então toda vez tem que ir buscar. Cada bar tem uma coisa, e nenhum tem tudo, ou tem drink, ou chope ou petiscos.. o quarto era bem antigo, roupa de cama cheia de bolinhas e toalhas com cheiro de mofo.

Muito boa estrutura do hotel… atendimento muito bom, comida boa porém faz falta ter pelo alguns jantares temáticos no Buffet principal… além disso um dos dois restaurante A Lá Carte está fechado por danos pela chuva e fez falta. Único defeito do hotel é não ter praia na frente devido arrecifes, você necessita caminhar 300 mts para ter uma pequena praia porém sem estrutura nenhuma
